Generally, no. Our providers do not routinely participate in legal proceedings or court testimony. If testimony is required through a valid subpoena, provider participation may be required. In those situations, court-related services are billed separately at a rate of $400 per hour, plus travel expenses if applicable. Court preparation time, record review, consultation with attorneys, travel, waiting time, and testimony time are all billable.
