For established, active patients receiving treatment at Sulcata Psychiatry, our providers may complete Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation when clinically appropriate and supported by a qualifying mental health diagnosis. ESA letters are provided at the discretion of the treating provider and require sufficient clinical history to support the recommendation.
