Payment plans are not offered for routine services. Payment arrangements may only be considered in specific circumstances involving delinquent accounts to prevent referral to collections.

If an account is referred to collections due to nonpayment, care may be terminated in accordance with the financial policies outlined in the patient consent forms. We encourage patients to contact our office in advance if they have questions about fees or anticipated costs so that financial expectations are clear prior to starting services.
